Hello,
I'm looking to buy an AMD 64 3500 (2.2 GHz skt. 939) but I don't know which core is better. So far I have seen two - Venice and Clawhammer. Which 1 do you recommend?

Both the Clawhammer and Venice overclock really well if you're thinking of doing that. Clawhammer runs hot so if you go with that you might need to think bout gettubg really good cooling. Venice overclock's really well at low voltage and also doesn't run that hot and it has the new SSE3. Both core's are pretty much the same, now you do ur research and see what fits you best.

get a 3200+ venice and overclock it. you could maybe get up to a 4000+ or 4200+ level, with the right cooling. if you don't mind tackleing liquid cooling, it is best.

Argue for your limitations and sure enough, they're yours.
