I'd say you've done pretty well so far.

What speed is the RAM running at? I'm guessing that to get the CPU Freq up to 300MHz, you had to set the RAM speed to DDR2-400, which would run the RAM at 300MHz as well? You *should* be able to increase the CPU Freq to 333MHz & the RAM would run at it's design speed of 333MHz(DDR2-667). I don't know if the CPU would run at 3.0GHz (9 x 333MHz) though. If you lower the CPU multi to 8x, the CPU speed would be 2.67GHz which is obviously lower than 2.7GHz, but the RAM would be running at full speed, so it may actually improve performance. You'd have to experiment.

Otherwise, just keep the CPU multi at 9x & begin raising the CPU Freq in 5MHz increments from 300MHz & see how high you can go without developing problems.

A BIOS update was released about a week ago & it "Enables Memory clock settings". I don't know exactly what that means in regards to overclocking, but you may wanna look into it:
