To me, it sounds like as the need for more information grows, this program will overclock the performance of our system so that you do not experience lag or system lost.
What it sounds like it does, it stressed your system and knows when to advance and when not to advance the steps. It knows how much is too much as well.
Again, this is how i view it. I hope somone will come along with more info and clear anything up.
Don't use a weakness, don't change the subject, don't ask the questions if you fear the answer
All I can say, is that my life is pretty plain, you may not like my point of views, but that’s ok

AI NOS is a good feature for inexperienced overclockers, it works similar to dynamic overclocking offered by other boards. It's aim is to monitor your CPU demands and as more load is applied to the CPU, the motherboard overclocks it.
However unlike similar dynamic overclocking mechanism that actuates based on temperature, AI NOS monitors power consumption, and overclocks accordingly, so when the demanding task is over with, the overclock is discarded, simply put AI NOS accelerates exactly when it’s most needed.
But for me I'll stick with my manual overclock.
