Hi! My laptop freezes or hangs when it comes to any graphics or videos (for example when watching a movie it can freeze for a minute or two, the sound is ok, but the picture stays the same, after min or two the picture changes). When using Mozilla it also behaves the same way, scrolling can "freeze" for some seconds, but then it comes back to normal. The same with voice programmes: when using skype, voice of the speaker can also "freeze" for 3-4 minutes and then it acts normal again for 10 minutes, then again it freezes. Games - the same. I'm just a user (so don't know much about computers), but this makes it really impossible to work. Pls someone help or give an advice what it can be.
