Trying to decide which mb to go with in a mb combo KD7-r or the KX7-333. There is about a $50 diff in price

oops! you mixed it up!
where is the second motherboard?
k, i guess the second motherboard starts with '1 agp slot 6 PCI slots...'The second one is a better motherboard, the first one looks old and obsolete. The second one also has usb 2.0, has the new KT 400 chipset, has an AGP 8X slot, DDR 400 etc etc, I think you should get the second one.
And $50 extra is not that much comparing the difference between the two boards.And which AMD xp are you going to use with it? I suggest you wait for the newer models which are going to be released...I heard they are better
