If you were able to write a new BIOS version for this CPU (which I believe is a huge IF) you would need to program the CMOS chip using an EEPROM Programmer which is not something readily available to most hobbyists or computer shops.
I don’t know what motivates you but I think that a different MOBO would be a much shorter, easier, and less expensive path.
