CPU/Ram: 2500+ Barton / 2x512mb OC

I have A7N8X-E Deluxe mobo, I want to upgrade to a 1gb of Ram but what is the best ram you get for it and be able to overclock? That my mobo will be able to support. Thanks

In my experience, the best RAM for you would be the Hyper X Kingston or Crucial

What makes you think RAM is your problem? Have you tested it?

Chances are, you have a weak power supply. What's the wattage & how many amps are on the +12v rail?
