Try going to the source. According to this, there 2 two wattage versions of the X2 4400+...one at 89W, the other at 110W

The 89W *should* overclock better. The 110W consumes 24% more power & will run hotter, so a better cooling config would be necessary to keep the temp of the 110W CPU down, especially when overclocking. The 89W is the better choice.
