Comment: Man there is really no excuse for anyone not to build a 64bit system now. Newegg is selling brand new 64bit Sempron processors for 64 bucks starting with the 2600+. When 64 bit processors are selling this cheap you know it's just a matter of time when you see no more 32bit processors for sale. here is the link. http://www.newegg.com

Reply: (edit)Sempron 64's are actually 32-bit CPUs. AMD added the "64" to show that they're based on the Athlon 64 & to set them apart from the other Sempron which is based on the Athlon XP. ASUS A7N8X-X

Reply: (edit)That's what I thought because on newegg they show you if it supports 64bit technology and it says "yes" on the side of each Sempron 64 processor.
