Yes your AMD processor is 64bit. AMD doesn't produce anymore 32bit processors. All processors made on the AM2/socket 939 platforms are 64bit. I would say the same for Socket 754, but the the Semperon 3100+ on the Paris core was the only 32bit processor made on socket 754.

1. don't buy from TigerDirect
2. if you buy a Sempron64, do NOT buy one with 128k L2 cache!
3. wait a couple of weeks to buy a CPU. AMD is going to slash prices by the end of the month
3. if you must buy a CPU now, why get a Sempron64 when you can get a full-blown Athlon64 cheaper?

the processor came in my PC i just was looking to see how fast it ran then i found out it was 64 bit but i didnt think it was because the computer was only $239.00. So i spent thousands of $ on PC with Pentium 4 ht processors are they 64 bit?

Not all are any pentium 4 that states it's a EM64T is 64bit.
