My SIP is a 99-96, but my CPU usage never goes below 50%. I've scanned for virii many times, looked for spyware and my computer is so defragged it won't let me defrag anymore.

Any ideas?

And just don't say "It's a dell lolz."

Thanks.

Only System Idle Process is at 99-98.

Everything else is at zero.

So far it's not stuck at 50% at the moment.

There were a lot of complaints about svchost.exe being spyware.

Personally there are multiple numbers of them in your processes. It can make copies of itself very easily. Don't go terminating these processes though!

Anti-Spyware notice.

Frankly, It is "just a Dell computer" Lmao!

I heard once people pay these programs to avoid scanning their viruses. Barbaric, I know but it could be possible. What people do for money!

Am I smart? How the hell am I supposed to know and if you were smart you wouldn't be asking such stupid questions. -Mort from Trip to Appleblossom City.

I had the same problem.

If you have an ATI video card, you may want to consider upgrading your graphic card drivers.

My CPU cycle loss was due to outdated video drivers (which I'm suspecting were out of date because Windows update recently got the latest version of the .Net Framework -- there's an apparent dependency, at least with Catalyst).
