Now only if they didn't need liquid nitrogen to achieve those speeds...

Well, the pics are good (not fake)and smart move to take the screen photo at an angle so we can see it isn't just a doctered image.

BUT, there is no proof that machine run longer than 5 seconds! The SISOFT thing could all be B*S* edited pics.

And those guys were handling one of the most dangerous subsances on the planet, without any kind of gloves, so they must be completely stupid. If one of em had slipped, they would have spilled something on themselves that can freeze candy floss so hard you could slice your hand on it.

Good job, but I won't be trying it!!!

BUT... just a thought here...

Has anyone tried totally waterproofing a motherboard with onboard video, so it had nothing sticking out, no pci cards, etc, except for the cpu. Maybe seal the WHOLE board with some wetsuit material and submerge the whole board in anti freeze solution, so it cannot freeze solid, place the whole thing in a small freezer, and run the leads out.

I think I have a plan.....

LOL.

Let me clarify. Seal everything, EXCEPT the outside of the CPU so the DIE is exposed and the top side of the cpu only. The it would be subjected to a permanently cold anitfreeze fluid?

that's some major cooling!! i'm surpised it would be able to work seeing how the mobo is subjected to liquid nitrogen, you think it would crack or something.

I agree w/iseeu_3 on post 6. it has to be fake because the liquid nitrogen would have cracked the mobo.
