4 ghz overclocking

Specs: Windows 7, Amd Opteron 170/2GB
I want to push my cpu to 4 ghz and I was wondering what would be the best setting for everything to be set at 4 ghz. Here are the specs of my pc.

Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit
AMD Phenom II X4 980 CPU
Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD7 Motherboard
GB Corsair Dominator CM3X2G2000C9D DDR3 2000 MHz 2 x 2 GB Memory
ATI Radeon 5970 x 2 Crossfire Video Cards
Corsair Force Series 3 CSSD-F60GB3-BK SSD
Ultra X3 1000W Power Supply
Lite-On IHES208 SATA BD Drive
Antec 12 Hundred Case

The beauty of BE is u can oc simply by increasing CPU multiplier, just enter BIOS and change multiplier to x20. If not stable try to bump cpu voltage a little.
It's 125w CPU so expect increase in electric bill and heat.
