Comment:

about once a month, my motherboard monitoring program reports that my 3.3v went out of the recommended range, and 1 second later, returns back to normal. What is causing this, and should I worry about it?

None of the other power sensors are having problems

that depends on the "recommended range"
within 5% of 3.3 I wouldn't worry
between 10-5% I would worry
more than 10% I'd be looking to buy a new PSU
