I was looking at the specs between these two and notice the only difference is the clock speed. Is this really the only difference and will these both overclock the same? Please tell me which one you think I should get. Thank you.

Get the one with lower vcore
If vcores are the same, get the cheaper one

....you will also need some DDR400 memory unless you intend to run asynchronously CPU/RAM wise.
