2500+ temps

CPU/Ram: AMD athlon xp 2400+/1GB D

is it ok to run 24/7 with load temps of 50C?

Yes thats fine although a little high if at stock speeds. My 2500+ is at 2.3gig and never hits 50 although it does hover around 48 - 49 under full load.

I run 24/7 with 50°C idle speeds. No problem.

Since most people keep an eye on temp which is not the number 1 CPU killer. The No.1 killer is from excessive overvoltage.

Just an observation and I don't have stats to back this but I think the number one killer is trying too hard to keep temps low and breaking something in the process.

That CPU running at 50C under load is fine!

what are you running your memory at?
you have an fsb of 480 and only ddr333 memory...
what mobo do you have?
is that stable?
did you test it for stability as in memtest,3dmark01,sandra burn in?

memory is at 2.9 buyt mt abit nf7-s overvolts little bit on the vdimm, and im running kingston hyperX dual channel 2x512 pc3500. the stuff it says in another machine.
