I have a t-bred xp, and A volcano nine and I figure I can crank it up a little. I have general knowledge building computers, but my motherboard knowledge is limited. I can't do anything the bios, besides set the frequencies at 133. Suggestions?

Your gona need a bios update (flash) for that motherboard if you want to overclock. Cheepoman bios tweak is the most widley accepted, but theres also one name HoneyX floating around. I don't have a link, sorry about that, but i'm sure the next person to post will.
I must also add, you can overclock your FSB in windows using CPUfsb, basically a program paired with CPUcool. This will let you up your FSB, as this is the only real way to overclock the Ks75a, that and the Cheepoman bios tweak.

With cheepo's bios (from ocworkbench.com) you can boot that board anywhere from 100fsb to 150fsb. I use it and it works fine.
No multiplier adjustment is possible with the board no matter what. You will need to do physical mods if you want a different multi.
To use cpufsb on that board, you must boot from 133/133 and then adjust using cpufsb. Cpufsb can be set to auto-start in windows.
Because cpufsb has to use 133 as its starting point, and because you can't boot straight to 166 from any bios, using cheepo's bios is unnecessary if you plan on running at 166.
