my pc is using 100% cpu all the time the animation keeps freezing and there is notjhing running! i have only just reinstalled windows on my new harddrive it says under procces nothing is using any cpu or memory usage but under performance its @ 100 % all the time i have avg 7.5 ,adaware spybot & sygate firewall is it som,e sort of virus pr rouge programme tht they cant detect ?? please help this is really annoying and i cant use it because of it!! =

try removing spyware. i had spylocked on my system and it was a trojan running at 100% cpu all the time. couldnt get rid of it and had to format c:
