Lets take a single core processor and dual core processor.
lets say we have a dual and a single core cpu and they are both running vista and we click on games and then click on chess and then lets say while opening chess the single core's cpu's cpu usage goes up to 100% then will the dual core cpu be like 50% because it's a dual core processor and if it's a quad core processor it will be 25% due to quad core thanks.

You obviously don't know how it works. If the software isn't written to take advantage of multi-core CPUs, there's is little or no performance difference between 1 vs 2 vs 4 cores.

Of course jam this is the same person that proclaimed there was a patch that you can run on to enable an 64bit OS on a 32bit cpu. LOL.
