Can somebody help me explaining what does this POST error mean:

SMBIOS Initialize...Passed
ERROR
0B5F: Forced to use Processor with error
Press F1 to continue and F2 for setup.
Pressing 'F1' will boot system normally.
but still worried about this error.
This box is giving constant problem, loosing network connection.
I have placed an external networking card.
Internal (on board) is disabled.

The motherboard is Intel STL2 on a rack server with (dual Processor)PIII 1 GHz/133.
This box is connected to a KVM switch.
a keyboard, Video, Mouse connector extension box.

You have a major heating problem try to
promote cooling with more fans or
cleaning up loose wires.
