For media sharing, X360 can't see my laptop when its connected via wireless card. 360 sees it fine and shares media perfectly (via WMP11) when that laptop is hardwired to the router. 360 sees a second laptop (and shares media just fine) when that laptop is connected wirelessly. I've tried two different wireless cards in the laptop in question and neither make is visible to the 360. So, it's only one laptop connected wirelessly that's the problem. Router is Netgear Wireless WNR834Bv2. Thanks for your time and assistance.

I assume its not a firewall problem. Perhaps you could see if there is a firmware upgrade for the router. Before posting try google. Backup. Use anti virus software.

Firewall is off. As mentioned, the media share service works fine if the laptop is hardwired (to laptop #1) and it even works well wirelessly with a different laptop (laptop #2), it's just when laptop #1 is connected wirelessly to the router. Thanks.
