my router is downstairs and my computer and xbox 360 are upstair in my room. they are both connected to my network. my computer works fine and stays connected and has excellent signal strenghth but my xbox has low or poor signal strenghth. it will work for about 5-10 min then disconnect. when i select connect to xbox live it reconnects and works fine then repeats.
whats wrong?

interference is prob causing it. Try moving your xbox 360 to diff parts of the house and see if it does the same thing.
