|First, you need a method of running homebrew. The cheapest method is to use a swap trick (I temporarily removed the cover of my PS2 and its DVD drive to maximize success). This does construe a slight risk of damage to game disc, so don't use a game you care about. After the homewbrew launcher is running, you can put the PS2 BIOS dumper .elf on a USB Flash drive and run it (by navigating to "mass://" in the launcher.
