Hi everyone,
I have a Windows XP Media Center PC and an XBOX 360 both connected independently to my home network wirelessless. I have a Wireless USB Network Adapter in the PC, and the XBOX Wireless Network Adapter.
In order to share media from my desktop to my XBOX, I currently need to stream the media over the network via Zune or Windows Media Player, and for video and movies, it's a bit of a slow, cumbersome process, with buffering, rewinding, fast-forwarding, etc.
Is it possible to connect a crossover cable between the unused ethernet ports on the PC and the XBOX, and use this to share the media, while keeping their exisitng wireless internet connections intact?
Thanks!
