I need help.

I have a ping of 90, and i have heard that Enabling DMZ will lower your ping.

I need to know how to Enable DMZ, do i do it through the computer or through the PS3?

and how do i do it?

DMZ is handled by your router so you don't change anything on your PS3.

Enabling the DMZ option on the router will remove all firewall
protection. All traffic not handled by another rule will be passed to the PS3. This could lead to exploits(if that's possible for PS3).

Probably a better option would be to set up port forwarding on your router instead of DMZ. You would forward the port the PS3 uses for online gaming to your PS3

Hope that helps.

And for the record, placing your box in the DMZ would have no effect on connection speed or ping times.
