Cannot Conect To Host

While Playing Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare i have tryed to party up with my friends. the game says cannot connect to host. i have looked p the problem and this is because i have a nat type of 3. to change my nat type i need to open ports UDP and TCP. i also looked that up but all i could find is how to do this on a windows. i have a mac. my router is a d-link DSL- 302G if that helps. can someone please help me?

Yes go to DLink and download the 302G manual to read.... You can access the Router Configuration HTML Pages from any modern internet browser..
