Blue Flickering Pixels

So when i run GTA IV i get these flickering blue dots over the screen sometimes but when i run under 1080p i get better picture,but on my PC i dont get any Blue Pixels or anything,maybe a Overheating issue?

Sounds like your display on your tv causing the issue. Try using another TV using that type of display and see if it does the same thing. Iron Sharpens Iron.

Found out that the game just supported 720 p..... And when i turned it down to 720 p the flicker was gone...
