I have an HDTV that can display 1080/24p and when I play Blu-Ray Movies on my PS3 with the "BD 1080p 24 Hz Output (HDMI)" Set to "On" or "Auto" in the PS3 Settings, the movie plays in 1080/24p like its supposed to but when I play an MP4 File off the PS3's Hard Drive that is 1080/24p, I can't get it to display 1080/24p, only 1080/60p.

Could it be because it is an MP4 and not a Blu-Ray file, it won't trigger that feature on the PS3?
