In the installer it says I should be able to boot BeOS without using a floppy, but it doesn't seem to want to. It loads the BeOS bootup screen but then gives me a mounting error and says "Welcome to Debuggingland" how great, debugging an OS I'm new to, how convienient. The only problem with the boot disk situation is that it loads incredibly slow. I have two maxtor hard drives(C=13.5Gb, D=8.3Gb), and I'm using a PII 233, and I don't think any of the other stuff in my computer is really applical to this error. Anyways, I hope someone writes back with a response. I was thinking of getting a dual boot program, then making a bootdisk directory, would this solve my problem?
