I have a Pentium 100 Mhz 32 RAM 600 HDD, Video Card Trident TGUI9440 2Mg... But my BeOS run in black and white. Do you know show colors in BeOS 5 Personal Edition?

I'm assuming your screen is in black and white during normal use, and you need to change the colour depth, right?
Okay, to set the colour depth: Click on BeOS. Then to Preferences. And select Screen.
The rest is easy.

Well the problem with os's besides windows is that they do not support as much hardware. So if you dont have a peice of hardware that is very common then the chances are it wont be supported. I have been using beos for a long time and they support much more than they used to. But im afraid its probly not the settings. I am almost possitive it is your hardware. Check out www.be.com i read about the os running in black and white when hardware is not supported

You Vid Card is not supported. BeOs is running you video in emulation mode, using the prossesor to decode the Vid signal. Your 100mgz PC has got to be running very slow. Correct? Be has posted a list of compatable vid cards. hope this helps.
