I have an I.B.M. PC model 330 / 350. I am new at this so need some guidence on how to upgrade. We have up graded the Hard Drive to 20 gig but the system will not recognize it. Could some one be so kind to let us have a step by step instruction.

This doesn’t sound like a BeOS issue. I suspect the culprit lies in the motherboard BIOS or CMOS settings.
Is it just BeOS that doesn’t recognize the new drive, or does the motherboard firmware fail to see it as well?
If the system fails to recognize the new drive correctly (or at all) during the POST, then you’ve probably got a problem with the hard drive, cabling, the computer’s motherboard, the motherboard BIOS, or your CMOS settings.
