What is the best hardware configuration for BeOS 5 Pro? (Chipset/ CPU/ RAM/ Audio/ Video/ NIC/ HDD/ CD-RW... etc.)

AMD or Intel or PPC? Brand or "home made"?

Anyone has experience? Tests?

Best is rather subjective.
If you don't have the pro edition you have to stay away from dual or SMP machines.
Check out Frizbe.net for ideas from BeOS users reports.
