hey how do I remove the part that I have circled in red. I don't want the reminder to come up anymore. do I need to make a setting in user.js to disable this? I am using FF 1.0+
here is the image:
http://beq2.beworld.info/pics/additionalplugins.png

i am on BeOS and I dont need anyplugins since they dont work anyways and I dont need them. i hope this is reason to tell me how to fix this.

ive also read this:
http://www.spammers-paradise.com/forums/lofiversion/index.php/t7017.html
I tried the user.js setting
user_pref("application.use_ns_plugin_finder", false);
and it didnt remove the reminder.
then, i tried the thing with the libnullplugin.so file, but I am on BeOS, and I do not have that file.

but here:
/boot/apps/MozillaFirefox/chrome/en-us/locale/en-US/mozapps/plugins
i found 2 files called plugins.dtd and plugins.properties .
should I edit something in those files or something?

The beos port is almost on it's own. No help on other OS's usually. Contact the beos team working on that. See bebits dot com for firefox and maybe email them. Otherwise you might ask that on beshare if they are there and online.
