Yes. You can buy the commercial "Pro" version at Purplus. Or you can download the free PE version from BeBits or BeZip. Or there are other free distibutions based on PE, including BeOS Max and the Developer's Edition. Or there is the leaked Dano release that you can probably find online somewhere. PhOS can be downloaded for free, which is a 'fixed' Dano. Or there is the commercial YellowTab Zeta, but the final Zeta release isn't ready yet.

The primary advantage of Pro is that it can be installed on PowerPC hardware; the free PE is for PCs only.
