Have you tried the unified nvidia driver available at bebits? Have you checked bedrivers.com to see if there is a driver available for your specific card? Also, Frizbe.com maintains a list of hardware known to be supported by BeOS.

BeOS is no longer being developed, but obviously new hardware is continually being released. I'm afraid that this means more and more people will find thier computers are not compatible with BeOS.

Hopefully, someone else will know the answer regarding your specific graphics card. Sorry I couldn't be more specific.
