Looking for a couple of Dinosaurs:

Drivers for the S3 Virge VX PCI 988 Video and
Intel 8255x-based PCI Ethernet adapter 10/100.

Both of these boys are on-board the M/B, and will check drivers for the board as well.

Some of the S3 chipsets are compatible but there were some that were not and I don't recall the model numbers at present. The best place for all BeOS related downloads (including drivers) is www.bebits.com ... You may be out of luck with the Intel but you can check
http://www.be.com/support/guides/beosreadylist_intel.html just to be sure.
