I can't get my Lucent Win Modem to work in BeOS. I'm pretty sure I had all the IRQs and DMAs and IOs and stuff copied down right - I got all the settings from Windows and tried them in BeOS, but it can't find the modem. It had my modem listed on the long list of communication devices, but still couldn't find it. I also tried adding it manually.
I think it said something about Win Modems running off of drivers, do I need a driver to use it or something?

I installed the lucent win modem through Preferences > dial up network. When the settings window comes up click modems, the com port should already be listed as Lucent click this follow the list of modems available down to Lucent click lucent winmodem click and it the modem should be setup.
