I Have A Pentiumm II computer w/ AT keyboard the problem is the keyboard is not working, I already tried diff. keyboard I think the problem is in the keyboard socket is there any way to reapir it by my self. Please Help Me
Unless this is related to the BeOS operating sytem somehow, try finding a hardware forum. Otherwise, to me it seems like your machine needs a physical repair involving part replacement.
check the plug and see if its got some kind of white haze (or other impureity) on it. Try wiping it off.

When you boot the computer you should see the lights blink on the keyboard. If they do not you might have blown the fuse on the motherboard. It is near the keyboard socket and may be labled R1 F1 L1 or some other number. If you are good at repairing then you could try. I would for sure try a new known good keyboard and be prepaired to spend $70 on a new motherboard. Hey, they are almost so cheap now you really can't afford to find and buy the new fuse. Usually they blow when you plug in a powered up system. Always power off before plugging and unplugging. This isn't a beos problem I think
