Comment: I am having trouble loading DOS 6.22 onto my computer. When i insert the setup disk, it checks it and then says 'OPORATING SYSTEM NOT FOUND'my computer is a HP Vectra and only has BIOS in it. Could somebody please help me

Reply: (edit)Operating system not found means you machine does not see floppy disk. Double check your A drive and cable.

Reply: (edit)If you have 6.22 boot disk (If you dont have one go to www.bootdisk.com and make one)partition your HHD first using fdisk, than format HHD and install DOS 6.22.

Reply: (edit)What the heck is MSDOS622 ? Oh i believe my grandpa told sometimes about machines without GUI. these one's was powered by steam or Diesel, dont know exactly anymore, to long ago....
