You can't. EXE filesare for Windows and Be doesn't know what they are and can not use them.

BeBits and BeZip are the best places to download BeOS software. You will find a variety of free applications including titles relateing to office, math and science, arcade games, and system tools.
Some Windows games can be played in BeOS with the use of a patch. And there is an ongoing project, BeWine, that will eventually allow Windows software to run on BeOS - I don't know the current level of usability.
