Do you mean install it without having windows on your computer? If so then your going to have to buy the full version.

I installed Personal Edition on windows ...then started the Installer and had it installed on a different partition...now i have a multi boot PC with Windows,BeOS (PE) ,Solaris 8, Linux 7.2, FreeBSD4.2
