Has anyone got BEOS to work with this graphics chipset?? I get extremely corrupt screen when I try to boot in non VESA mode (It thinks I have a SiS620 I think..)

I did install beOS 5 PE on my amd k6-2 350 mhz sis530 and things worked alomost fine. my mouse responded, i had nice graphics, and i managed to mount my hd, but my keyboard NEVER responded, so i uninstalled it and made several tries without success. i now have completely uninstalled it, and i feel that it is a great OS.
I have recently bought a new computer. This computer came with the SiS530. When I by a new game that should run well with it, it becomes jurky. The screen also becomes scratchy. Do I need a neWvideo card or could I just download open GL?
