Go to bebits for different versions of BeBochs. Read all the instructions and you may have to ask on beshare for added help. The boch's program emulates a x86 machine and is sort of slow on older machines.
It would be much easier to get an old machine for beos since it runs well and then have the (yuck) windows running on a lan connection.

You can not run windows programs on beos directly.

I don't know what the status of Bewine is but you could check at wine.org
