this is something wrong with the hardware of the Adaptic card itself. please check out the adaptec web site and see what they have.
http://www.adaptec.com/worldwide/support/supportindex.jsp?source=menu

im not sure what category the card itself is (like network, scsi)
and doing a page search in the alphabetical product list your model wasnt listed.
maybe there is a way to enter the card's bios setup utility and do something in there.

if this fails, try reaching adaptec's support at
http://www.adaptec.com/worldwide/support/supporteditorial.jsp?cat=/Technology&prodkey=Contact_Support&source=menu

I hope this helps!
Mr X

I had done more research to find that the problem doesn't exist on the SCSI Adapter.
The problem I'm having is the need for a copy of the EISA Configuration Utility to run again. This Utility is nolonger being provided by Intel.
The version of this ECU I need is "2.9.4 for BIOS Version: 1.00.19.AM0"

For the Intel Xpress Server Platform.

Can anyone direct me to a site were I can download this Utility ?

Thankyou All For any Help you can provide..
Chuck....
