Here is the link to the review of that card on the Frizbe.net hardware matrix. It looks as though there are more bad experiences than good with it.

I got a gift of a sound card... should I be able to install it myself with instuctions and where would I find those instructions? I have a Gateway 2000 windows 95 also is it possible to install windows 98 in my computer?
