A very quick search using Google or some other search engine will provide you with better answers and more information than I'm willing to type.
BONE stands for BeOs Network Environment. There's some version floating around and a different version included with DANO.
DANO is BeOS 5.1d0 Exp/Dano, an experimental/development/unfinished version of BeOS that I really don't think I should say much more about. It includes BONE, support for additional hardware (including Adaptec's Ultra160 host adapters!), a much improved Tracker, etc.
Again, a quick Internet search will answers any reasonable question you could possibly have about BONE and DANO.
