Comment: I have install BeOS 5 PE on a WinXP Pro (Athlon 900) and i can't boot on BeOS(with floppy)error : can't find operating system...
I have read that Windows XP Overwrites BeOs Boot Manager on a Multiboot System but with the floppy it should be working...

Reply: (edit)I find a solution. I have converted my "partition" in fat 32 and now BeOS start normaly (With floppy).

Reply: (edit)I had that problem you need to put in a win98 boot disk and type 'fdisk /mbr'
Then install Be and it should be fine.

Reply: (edit)Often when I start my XP he almoste gets to windows screen ,but before that nice green desktop I get to see some blue screen with some numbers and stuff and it restarts win automaticly.This can go on 4 days If I dont start xp in safe mode and do the disk check?
