Please help me, I am so pleased I found a BIOS forum, I have award BIOS and the date is 1997. where can I download a newer version from?
Please help me I need to install a decent Windows OS, as this crappy copy of Linux I have is useless.

Sorry, but you DON'T have found a BIOS forum!
This one is for BeOS, a great, free, alternative, Operating System.
Take a look here : http://free.be.com and give it a try, it's far better than Linux...

For BIOS upgrade, you need to find and check your motherboard manufacturer web site: they often offer BIOS upgrades to download...
