Comment: my bios is messed i guess. i can no longer use the usb ports. they are there and recognized by hardwarewizard but there is no power to usb. i activated it in bios settings, should i do more

You just bashed Mr Scnoozer for making an assumption and then you went a turned around and made a bigger assumption by yourself. Maybe you should think about posts before you make them.
