beos wont run my sound or network cards??

I have a es1869 onboard sound driver and a link sys network card and i found a driver for my sound driver but when i install it it just says install finshed and then thats it the sound still wont work it says sound not found....and when i boot up beos and it starts it says network card not intianlized and i cant find a driver or anything for my network card ?? anyone know why this wont work??? please help me out i love the way beos is but it itsnt worth much with no sound or internet please help me out.

I have a Linksys ether PCI II card. This is an NE2000 compatible card under BeOS. Mine has worked since I started using BeOS.

I have the same problem with my Linksys LNE100TX(v4) on Road Runner. I LOVE BeOS, and if I can get my net connection working I might never boot back into Windows! Any help would be greatly appreciated...
